firstly resest ur phn, if the prblm still not resolved visit the nearest samsung care centre with invoice.

dont reset first use ur mob in safe mode.
safe mode: restart ur mobile when the samsung emblem arrives contiously press the button u wil reach to another plate form
if u have dout plz refer the YouTube. afr this ur plz stil persist, that means ur 3rd apps are not the pbm. u should reset the mob. In safe mode the pbm not showing that means some of ur 3rd party app causing issue.
