Guys,
I am facing this problem from past 3 months i.e, if i dail a contact r someone dails me, they are saying that they are hearing there voice along with my voice. I mean to say is that are hearing there voice twice.
Had anyone got same problem. did u get solution. please let me know how to rectify this problem

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the voice call echo. We would like to inform you that this type of issue occurs due to the network also and suggest you kindly follow the below mention steps to overcome the Issue;
- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.

tried each n every solution by ur samsung service executive, plz try 2 fix this problem
