This can be resolved by the following steps
1. In Settings, go to Cloud and Accounts, Accounts
2. Remove Samsung Account
3. Create a new Samsung Account by choosing Add Account, and search for Samsung Account from the list of accounts that can be created in the phone
4. Sign In to Samsung Account using Gmail Login ID and existing Samsung Account password.
5. After logging into Samsung Account, the Galaxy App error is resolved.

it might be due to bug and may be fixed in next updates but also report that to Samsung

delete your Samsung account and sign in again....after that you need to verify your Samsung pass application and Samsung pay ..
