My galaxy j2 prime stucked on this page. After robooting or applying any of the action ( in the picture ) it's again coming on this page. It's not opening. Can you please give me any solution?

just press your power button if the blue highlighter is on reboot system now

download firmware from sammobile and install using odin

Perform "Wipe data/factory reset" from there and then try.
Even if it doesn't work then download your device compatible latest "Firmware" from sammobile.com then install to your device through "Odin" tool.
