how to use voicemail

So I setup the voicemail no. But when someone calls there is no option of sending voice mail ?? 

So how to use it ?? 

Anyone plz explain me.

It depends on the mobile network (Jio, Airtel, etc,.) you are on. Jio currently doesn't support voicemails.
