gps signal is not showing on J7 Max

I've tried many apps to reset my GPS data but all applications showing that I've no GPS satellite signal at all! How to fix this?

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Kindly once check the internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi), it should be strong.

2- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
