Battery take lot of time to full charge, it take 3hours 30miute to 4 hours. Charging speed is very slow after 70% or 75% .I have reset our phone to solve this problem but problem has not been solved yet.

try changing the uSb cable that you use for charging and use original charging adapter and a new original usb cable
