firmware upgrade failed to run in smart switch on none rooted device

hello samsung india i just chck update from smart switch and 7.0 update available but i try to update from smart switch it's says firmware upgrade run to failed? aan i chck evrything my device status is official and internal memory is also 7GB space available.i use orginal cable no root access but also this appear what is the main problem ? i thing smart switch has some bug fix it soon or tell me the solution

Check from OTA.or ensure that you have installed samsung drivers.

They stopped firmware restoration through smartswitch. the latest version smartswitch pc didnt have that feature

Try to download firmware and install it via odin
