fingerprint problem

My fingerprint file is missing in device

why do you want old file, just set new one.

try wipe cache partition in recovery.to go to recovery turn off device press vol up and power button same time.when android logo appears release the keys and recovey option is there then select wipe cache partition and press power button to start the press on yes.thats it.it will not delete you data.try this method.
