i had encrypted my memory card on samsung J7 Max, but due to some reason i had to factory restted it. now when i am trying to access my memory card i am not able to view any files stored on it.
Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you kindly navigate yo settings>>lock screen and security>>encrypt SD card card. If you are getting option to decrypt SD card you will be able to decrpyt it. Kindly use same device to decrypt the SD card with which you have encrypted the SD card.
