charger & data cable

Hi I'm having problem with my charger n data cable I really dnt knw which of them are nt working good....my charger takes long time to charge my phone....n last wen I used my frnds power bank it fully filled my phone bettery in just 45 min.

Here I want to knw hw we can undstnd dt there's a problem in my charger adaptor or problem with data cable?

Check how much amperes out in charger (printed on in). Install Ampere app and check how much amperes your phone gets while charging.. Then you can decide.

Check your cable with PC. In PC USB port give only 5V and 500mA (USB 2.0). 5V and 900mA for USB 3.0.

In power bank case output amperes should be higher than your charger output.

0. Check how much amperes your charger outs.
1. Download and install Ampere app.
2. Close all other apps. Optimise your phone with device care.
3. Open Ampere app.
4. Wait some time to show value. Get mean values of values.

If you not sure about it check your charger, cable and phone in nearest customer care service center.

power bank may charge your device faster but it's not healthy for your battery whereas the charger provided is developed according to the device.So probably your adapter will be all fine.
That's y it's always preferably to use original adaptor.
Once my phone's display got damaged due to weared USB cable so I knew it.
