Hi guys I'm using a samsung galaxy j5. When I use camera app and start making a video , the screen freezes,  back , home and menu buttons stop working. And it shows a dialogue ' camera keeps stopping ' I've cleared all cache and data but it didn't work .

Can anyone tell how to solve this issue?

Do clear system cach memory . Or reset phone

I think you need to factory reset phone or reinstall firmware.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
