bluetooth not able to caught the device

Please  clear the  problem

Clear Bluetooth cache and data
settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps>select Bluetooth>clear cache/data

and try again

if problem still persists, go for network reset settings once

settings>general management>select reset >click on reset network settings
