bro it's depand on you. How much you used. when erver your battery down you can charge there is no effects.


but phone's batteries 1000 times charge only in his whole life after that the battery backup is down

Do not charge the battery to 100% or discharge them fully to 0% as they have negative impact on the lithiom-ion batteries and charge the phone till 90% and maintain charge from 90% to 10%.
