After update android10 in my j6 phone the phone automatically restart what to do

Does your device loads home screen? just try to reset the device after backup if it loads stays for some period

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
