jst last week bought s8plus, frequently ha ng in gallery, too slow to open files or launchig sites.battery doesn't work for a day atleast. Fast charging is nt fast it takes more than 2hrs to charz fully. while my oppo f3+ jst take 1hr. samsung what to do aftr a huge investment jst 4 a mobile????? is this is the product performance u r providing.bixby is very very poor its a kid of prenursery.pathetic experience aftr spending so much. much below the expectation.

We are so annoyed with Samsung . why we bought Samsung's phone nowadays software Oreo 8.0 has arrived and so far we have been stuck on Samsung Marshmallow.c9 pro is the best phone but Samsung poor service they destroyed this model very slow service by Samsung we are very disappointed

sir j7 pro ka back button kabhi kabhi kam nhi karta aur charge me lagane par charge pakadta aur chhodta hai help me
