after new update in j7 max outgoing video call is stopped.

when I make video call only call ended but i make voice call it's going thereafter make video call request it's gone.

1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
2) Kindly check using other SIM card in your device and your device SIM card in other device.
3) Please run your device in safe mode.
4) Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
