Why there is no OS update for J7 Max / On Max ?

PLEASE SAMSUNG DONT GIVE ANY KIND OF UPDATE TO SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 MAX NIETHER OF OREO NOR OF ANDROID ONE UI...TILL NOW I WAS THE ONLY FAN OF SAMSUNG IN MY AREA BUT NOW I HATE SAMSUNG THE WORST COMPANY EVER WHO DONT HAVE EVEN SENSE OF UPDATING HIS MOBILE FIRMWARE THE ONLY THING HE KNOWS LAUNCHING MOBILES.....
