Whatsapp notification issue

i am facing issue with whatsapp notification. when the screen is locked or unlocked i am not receiving any whatsapp notification. when i open whatsapp, i start receiving all messages. can anyone help me to resolve this.

might be ntwrk issues.. or ur wtsapp might be gtng close due to some rsn... n u wont gt notified until u opn

your WhatsApp is in power saving mode

ur whtsapp data usage is restricted

go to setting > data usage > whatsapp ...
check if restrict background data is on then turn it off...
