Wallpapers and themes

Does anyone has the same issue as me? Thing is, the wallpapers and themes section in my Galaxy J7 Max takes forever to load the thumbnails whether they are the online ones or the ones saved for offline. And when it fails to load after a long haul struggle, an error code appears on the screen. It's been more than a month and for this reason I haven't been able to download any newer themes or icons and opt for a change. It's ridiculous and very disappointing.

Should I talk to send them through a mailed feedback or do you think a call would be a rather better option?
