After update nogat 7 in my j7 2016 video calling not working. any solutions to fix it?

which network u use. insert video calling sim in sim1 slot. after update do a factory data reset. it will definitely help u

is it confirm ???? Because i have facing same problem in my galaxy on nxt mobile . without internet video calling not working . every time video call breakdowns. please suggest bro how to resolve this issue .

If it's jio it should work for other it is not working after nougate update

1. The video calling option is appear next to the voice call logo.

2. After tapping on the video call you will be able to make a video call.

3. To connect via video call the other person should have 3G/4G connectivity and the front camera in his device.
