VOlte cannot be Activated in Samsung j8

I Have purchased Samsung J8 ( SM-j810Y/DS)  model in Thailand and after came to India i could not able to activate the VolLTE in my hand set. Please advise how can enable the Volte in my mobile

CSC id different so certain provider services won't work in every country
