hello, I can't make video call to any number but can receive. what is the problem can be! i tried a lot in setting option, it shows that in the mobile network setting there is VOLTe call option does not functioning.... what can i do
at 1st make simple voice call. after call is connected you see a sign of video call in dialer screen. then press it. opposion party should accept video call request. then you will be connected with video call
