USB tethering error

USB tethering is not working it just shows sharing this device's internet connection. please help guys

if u connect to Windows than u have to install remote ndis software in computer.

In developer options Select USB Mode as RNDIS.
The Software is default in WS10

go to below link and install usb driveron you pc. after that turn on usb tething .
