Thanks for the Update but OS didn't Updrade to Android 9

As you can see here, it's still the same version of Android as I saw before applying the update. It still did not fix the issue of making calls from the call app. The call app takes upto 3 seconds to load up the call screen and I can't turn on the speaker soon enough in case of emergencies. That's why I asked for an OS Updrade from Android 8 to Android 9. Thank you
