1) Replace your SIM card
2) Try other network provider's SIM too.
3) Updating your software
4)Settings –>Connections tab –>More Networks –>Mobile Networks –>Network Mode –> ---- gsm only (if 2g) & wcdma only (if 3g)..
Check if this works for you ..
Please check the signal may be you are in low signal area. Network scanning depends on signal strength.
