Hello, Is this happens while playing video from YouTube app? If yes then please check you having the latest version of YouTube and all google apps. If not please update and then check. If its happening while playing video from browser/internet, then please clear the cache of respective app. Samsung will soon gonna release Marshmallow Upgrade for J7. Hopefully your query is resolved with the next release.
