Every time when i open any app there's show a msg to disable screen overlay.. but i am not able to solve the problem..

Please try the below steps.
1. Go to Applications > Application Manager > More > Apps that can appear on top.
2. Disable the app permissions that potentially draw over the current screen, such as Lux, twilight, Clean Master, Facebook Messenger, etc.
