Hello dev, Please describe your problem and also would you please provide some logs for the same. How to take logs ?
dial *#9900#>> Debug Level Enabled:MID (device will reboot no worries :) ) Once the issue happened then dial *#9900# > Run dumpstate/logcat/modemlog Once the logs are captured > Tap on "Copy to sdcard(include CP Ramdump)" option. Then open My Files. Logs got copied to "log" folder.
Zip the logs folder and upload the logs to this post or email to admin(at)galaxyforum(dot)com
