Social Camera is an inbuilt feature in the camera of Samsung Phones.
Open Camera -> Tap on the social camera icon present on the screen -> Camera window will open with 'Social' written on the top of screen.

As of now, Social Camera is available for Galaxy J7 Max, Galaxy On Max & Galaxy J7 Pro.

Please note that the top users list for today shall be published the next day.
