Yes, it is official update and it's very simple to update

for this, you need the latest version of Smart switch app in your phone, you can download it from play store, then install smart switch on your computer from Samsung official site

after doing so, connect your phone to PC using USB cable, open smart switch in PC, if there is any update available for your device, it will show there, just this update button, it will start downloading

Note - You need an active internet connection in your PC
