Hi i am using samsung galaxy j7 pro can but to my surprise on one day the screen started becoming purplish day by day the purple thing is increasing and covering the screen any suggestion to correct that also my phone is not having any physical damage and in warrant period will my screen be changed in warranty ??

I think it is screen burn in please go to the service centre they will replace the screen

Hi.

A month ago, I went to nearby service to change my screen. After it was replaced I noticed (approximately 10 days after) that small purple spot appeared. 

Phone wasn't droped, no any damage.

But the service center is refusing to fix the problem, saying that most probably it was somehow damaged. 

So my question is:

What is the normal policy of Samsung in this cases?

one more thing my Samsung device is under warranty but since my home is in delhi and I live in pune the original invoice is in delhi but I have a photocopy of the same here will that work ????
