Samsung VoLTE issue in J7, Samsung Resond

Since as you know guys that those who owned Galaxy J7 (2016) are suffering from VoLTE issue from 14th July Update. Now a blunder happen, today I've got a call from Samsung Executive said you have to move to Samsung Service Center in order to patch the issues. I mean what the hell Samsung is doing with their customers. I know the solution already but that matters is that data which is encrypted within an app which eventually I can't backup even if I want and at the end data loss.
I just want to tell you guys this is the first time from the last 15 years I am disappointed with Samsung.

We do regret for the inconvenience caused as Volte is not working in the device after software update. We suggest you to check for the latest software update and will be available through FOTA i.e Menu> Settings> Manually update software.
Also, you can check for the update notification by using Smart Switch PC suite as well. You need to download the PC Suite from below link:

Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of device software installation.
