Thank you for your query. We would like to inform you that kindly check given below steps:-
1) Sim change alert: IF activated from Security option in Settings, you will be getting the information of the lost handset in the form of messages on the two mobile numbers registered by you as soon as another SIM card is inserted and the handset is powered on. The message contains the IMEI number of the handset and the contact number of the user who is currently using the handset. The handset can then be traced out with the help of service providers.
2) Remote control: If you activated remote control via Samsung account from Security option you can track your handset. Visit www.samsungdive.com login with your registered Samsung e-mail id and there you will find options:
a) Ring my mobile
b) Lock my mobile
c) Wipe my data
d) Track my mobile.
3) Android device manager: If you activated Android device manager via Device administrator from Security option then check from https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager login with register Gmail id you will find all 4 options mention above.
