Hi All,

Can anyone help me out regarding issue in Samsung J7 series mobile.

Only one week call log history is visible.

How we cab change that?

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the call logs issue:

• Phone app > recents > tap on 3 dots > calls to show > all calls.

Please be informed that recent one month call history (approx 1000 to 1500) can be saved in the device. However, it also depends on the number of calls which you have made in a day.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

Dear Team,

I already had performed these steps, but still issue persist.

Kindly, help me out as previously all logs were showing but all of sudden log history of only one week is visible.
