Samsung J7 Prime 2017 - Automatically Forced to Reset while it was locked

While the Mobile was locked it restarted with screen showing Reset option.

Error : Failed to authenticate device , And requires Factory reset

yes i will share.....after reset it went on 24hr waiting time to sign in from google account....

faced Same Problem but I solved it Without Reseting.. Reboot it in Recovery mod And Then Wipe cache and Delvik Cache Then click on Reboot Now Option...
