After factory reset the issue will be solved for sure.

Galaxy Jcreate whatsapp backup also and for media files ie. photos, videos and pdfs, transfer them on your pc or some other phone, then instantly factory reset your phone.
After that setup everything transfer back all media files, contacts and WhatsApp.
If phone heats up then switch it off for 10mins and then start using your phone.
