I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 Max in Samsung store.
After Switch on device..I am facing the problems with Fingerprint scanner. Once I add fingerprint it's works fine for 2 days. Then again, 3rd day..my fingerprint are removed without my notice.
One more issue..I will keep on getting below error message..if I try unlock the device..with my fingerprint.
"YOUR FINGERPRINT DATA WAS CORRUPTED. PLEASE ADD YOUR FINGERPRINT ONE MORE TIME
Once I register again...then I am getting same issue after some days..
Getting irritated.

Called customer care service..they are reset my device with the help from Samsung Smart Tuter app..afterthat it's working fine for 2 days.
Then again same issue..
YES..I need to go to the service centre.

Thank you for sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
