jo set 15000 ke upar hei unko updates frequently provide karna chahiye. kyun ki before 2 years 16000 is more enough to pay for ur j7 2016. so it is ur duty to provide them updates frequently.
but sry to say that u r unrecognise those customers whom are the back bone to improve ur market share. they r playing a big role to improve ur market share as well as selling ur product. coz in 16000 other brands provides more facility than samsung. but we were remaing with a hope that big company may provides updates frequently..
this is my thought. so in my point of view company should provide updates frequently in high range mobile sets. which is a sign for value for money.
