no effect, but try to set at optimised then your phone itself decide and change to medium and when required turn to maximum power saving mode
its work fine

i also suggest you to do as below mentioned settings in device care and just relaxed

Device care>battery >power mode>select "optimised" and "adaptive power saving".

And then click on "app power management >
And enable these 2 options.
A. Adaptive battery
B. Put Unused Apps to Sleep.
