I have been using The Samsung Galaxy j7 max for the last 1.5 years. I had then, set up some password for the lock and mask app function of the app, but I forgot it later on. I had also not registered any fingerprint. Can somebody please tell me how do i reset it? I have been going through this problem for the last 1 year now.
if your some third party unimportant apps are locked down then just reinstall the apps they will then be released from the app lock.........For the time beings there's no better option than factory reset.....Hope it helps!!
