Visit service center or local repair shop they will fix it professionally don't try to fix this in home because it's too old device may be motherboard issue

I think if it's a j series phone then removable battery must be there

The battery can't be removed,it's a galaxy J7 pro

Which model. Did u tried hard reset. If not then switch off the phone and connect the phone with ant laptop of tab via USB. Once the battery charging icon goes then press volume up(+) button and power button simultaneously till u get the bootloader page. Then press volume down button to select wipe cache & data. After selecting that press power button and select yes to proceed factory reset. Then check. If you have any difficulties to perform better go to service center

It's a Galaxy j7 pro and I tried to hard reset it and the only things that appeared were "could not normal boot,invalid kernel length,or the odin mode other than that it always gets stuck on this blue screen
