Phone became very laggy After pie update in Galaxy j6

The old software was much better than the new software.The new software is much optimised than new one.The ONE UI is making the phone very very laggy and gets warms from very less time use.The crashes at the time when we use for long time.The main and big problem is the battery draining issue.The battery drains as hell.My Galaxy j6 is much better when i was having old software.Now New OS has destroyed my phone completly.

yesterday i updated to one ui its smooth and battery becomes great, no heating issue bro iam happy with that.
