Hey there,
I was recently experiencing some errors in the software of the device Hang on samsung logo so I decided to reinstall the firmware officially using Samsung's Smart Switch.
It asked for Model No. (entered : SM-J710F), after that it asked for S/N (entered the no. printed on the back labelled as 'S/N').
But, after entering S/N it showed an error (check the Model No. & S/N).
I don't want to use Odin as it adds up to the flash counter (some other issues too).
Please help me to reinstall the firmware OFFICIALLY.

odin doesnt flash counters. i was also skeptical about the same but flashed the correct sw and it didnt flash the counter at all. so u can go ahead and use odin

but do not try to downgrade....since i didnt checked it u should not also reason being 8t may trip the counter
