Setting>About Phone>My Phone Number.
It shows
sim1 unknown
Sim2 unknown

We would like to inform you that for this first perform steps: Settings -> Connections -> SIM Card Manager and check whether your SIM details show your number or "unknown". same sim card shows my phone number in j7 prime. its not service provider. Its the update. u should take care of it
