In my J7 Prime phone am unable to open any message and also unable to type any message.

We would like to inform you that kindly check the performance of your device after following below mentioned steps:

1. Message>>Message setting>>Text message>>Message center>>Remove number>>Rewrite the same number there>>Restart device and check it.

2. Clear the data from Message (Setting>>Application>>Application Manager>>All>>Message >>clear data).(Data can be removed)


3. Kindly contact to SIM provider to take Message center number if still issue persists.

4. Software update handset (Setting>>About Device>>Software Update>>Update) update using 3G or Wi-Fi connectivity.


If still issue persists, we request you to operate the device in ‘Safe mode’ If issue still persist, we request you kindly take backup of whole important data which is save in your phone internal memory then perform “Reset”.

We recommend you to take back up in your pc, kindly install Smart Switch software in your pc from the below link:

Open soft ware >back up>back up all> select data according to you.


Note: Don’t connect your mobile phone with pc at the time of software installation.

Reset setting: - Settings> back up and reset >Factory Data Reset.
