MULTIPLE CALLING NOT WORKING IN UPGRADED SOFTWARE VERSION 7.1 IN MY MOBILE YESTERDAY I WAS UPDATED MY MOBILE AT MIDNIGHT BUT AFTER THAT I CAN NOT ABLE TO MAKE ON CALLING TO MY COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE'S AND RESOLVE IT ASEP

tap on 3 dot rhs and press on add call option

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that you can do conference call by tapping on Call+ option available and call another number. Once the call is connected you can merge both the call. If you are facing any call conference issue then kindly go to settings>>apps>>phone>>clear data and force stop.
