Samsung is very slow in updates
because of Samsung only preferred to sell their mobiles but they are give softwares preference is very last one year completed now also working in that updates then oreo also released bt nougat is not released to all devices they can't given any conformation about updates see this reply at mail

We can understand that this is annoying to get same reply for nougat update as of now we do not have official timeline for nougat update in Indian market for Samsung device Galaxy J7.
