Im usning j7 pro ..but my wifi option not working ..wifi option not active ..its showing as a hide ..

you can try doing a factory reset, it might solve the problem. If it still remains grayed out, there might be a problem in the wifi hardware.

already tried all option.. 2 times factory reset....

1) Kindly try any other WiFi network and then check the issue.
2) Forget the network and then connect again using the correct password.
3) Manually Set up the network configuration provided by the network provider and then check the issue.
4) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset App Preferences.
