Each and every " Samsung " user is waiting for latest Android update and every time you are giving copy paste answers . We want to know that our device(j7 prime ) is compatible or not and when you will rollout the oreo update. Provide official statement to all user about which phone will get oreo update and which will not . Now the beta testing of android P has been started and you are not providing an oreo update. Every user is irritated with samsung devices and facing this problems like huge battery consumption , hanging , etc and there so many bugs too. We had not payed for such problems. If you want to give that copy paste answer, it will be quite good you don't answer this .

If you are unable to provide oreo update , it is quite easy to change device and never recommend or buy the Samsung products in future.
